Do you offer a warranty?

Yes- Turner’s offers a full 1 year warranty on all purchases and all manufacturer warranties are serviced by our service department. After the one year warranty period, there will be a $49.95 charge for us to send a technician to your home plus the cost of parts and shipping, if applicable.

We also offer an extended furniture protection plan that covers rips, tears, burns and stains PLUS damage to wood furniture and glass – all in addition to the factory warranty.

Why should I take advantage of your in-home design service?

Furniture shopping can be challenging at times. We have found that if our designers see your room in person, we can better understand what you need to develop the perfect space you deserve!

What is your Low Price Guarantee?

Turner's Fine Furniture won't be undersold. If, within 30 days from your purchase, you find the identical furniture item advertised within 75 miles of our stores in print for less than your invoiced price, bring in that advertisement and we will meet or beat that price.

Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to clearance, floor models, vendor rollbacks/rebates, special purchases, promotional items, discontinued merchandise, free items or services or finance offers.

What is your return policy?

You may return any stock item(s) within 15 days after delivery or pickup providing the merchandise is in new condition. Special order items, upholstery, and mattresses are not returnable. Items sold as floor samples, closeouts, or clearance items are sold “as is” and are not returnable. Delivery charges are not refundable.

What is your cancellation policy? 

Please provide a two day notice to change your delivery day to avoid additional fees.

Why does it usually take a couple of days before my furniture will be delivered?

In order to keep costs low to you, we have a centralized warehouse in Tifton, GA. This is much less expensive than paying for a warehouse, delivery staff and trucks at each store.

So, even though you may only live a couple of miles from one of our stores, unless the furniture you buy is in-stock and selected for our Next Day Xpress Delivery, your furniture is inspected and prepared for shipment out of Tifton, Georgia.
