Thank you for being a valued customer and friend of Turner’s Furniture. We want to share with you our response to the recent Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation. Turner Furniture is committed to the health and safety of our employees, guests, customers and business contacts. We are currently open for business and expect to remain that way until circumstances change. We realize this is a very fluid situation with things changing rapidly and we are monitoring this daily. We want to share with you some of the steps we have taken to ensure the safety of our guests and employees.
While we take pride in the cleanliness of our stores and facilities, we have implemented a multiple time daily cleaning and sanitizing schedule in all of our showrooms. We have implemented cleaning and sanitizing procedures with our warehouse, warehouse staff and in-home delivery and service staff.
1. We are cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas such as door handles, desks, phones and displays multiple times throughout the day.
2. We're recommending all employees take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand-washing and staying home when sick.
3. We've empowered our staff to share information via email and phone. We want you to shop from whatever environment you feel comfortable.
Our showrooms currently are open during regular business hours. In addition, our deliveries and service calls will continue to operate normally until further notice. We will continue to monitor this daily and follow all guidelines set forth by our health agencies. If changes occur we will provide updates at turnerfurniture.com and on our Facebook and Instagram sites.
We want to do everything we can to help serve you while keeping our showrooms and operations safe. We can also serve you remotely over the phone and with video technologies if you so desire.
