Return Policy

We allow a 15-day period after the delivery or pickup of your new purchase to return wood items as long as they are in new condition. Please keep in mind that special order items, upholstery (including fabric or leather), and mattresses are not returnable. Items sold as floor samples, closeouts, or clearance items are sold “as is” and are also not returnable. Delivery charges are not refundable.
