          Fabric Protector continues the same upholstery protection as applied when you first purchased your furniture.

          Fabric Refresher banishes stale odors, leaving a fresh scent.

          Wood Polish protects the wood finish and can be brought to a highly reflective or a soft diffused shine.

          Leather Cleaner not only cleans, but conditions the leather as well.

          Each of these products reflects our concern for the environment and your family. Each product is 100% biodegradable and contains anti-microbial agents that inhibit fungal and bacterial growth to prevent damage to fabric, leather and wood surfaces. All are non-aerosol, non-toxic and water based.

          WHAT'S COVERED

          • ✓ Food & beverage stains; human or pet fluids (on fabric, microfiber, leather, or vinyl)
          • ✓ Accidental rips, cuts, punctures, or brief heat/singe marks
          • ✓ Ink, crayon, cosmetics, nail polish/remover, or denim/newsprint transfer
          • ✓ Wood: beverage rings, scratches or dents through topcoat, brief heat marks
          • ✓ Outdoor: stains, fluids*, punctures/tears, brief heat marks, ink/dye, sunscreen
          • ✓ Where applicable: frame or mechanism failures after the manufacturer warranty

          NOT COVERED

          • • Wear and tear, odors, fading, or non-colorfast materials
          • • Neglect, misuse, intentional damage, or infestation
          • • Damage before or during delivery, transit, or assembly
          • • Acts of nature, fire, theft, vandalism, or corrosion

          HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

          Within 3 days, contact Furniture Care Protection

          Have ready:

          • Your invoice
          • Overall and close-up photos of the damage
          • Manufacturer or serial number tags (if available)

          Check your email for your claim number and upload link. Reply if additional information is requested.
