Description
The Houlihan Settee features a Classic seat cushion, welt trim and traditional frame styling.
Seat:
Comes with Classic seat cushion as standard. Upgrade to Down Plush available for an upcharge.
Finish Description:
A large variety of multi-step, upscale standard finishes available with no upcharge. Premier wood finishes with elaborate hand detailing available at slight upcharge.
Frame Construction:
Furniture grade laminated hardwood provides weight and durability which eliminates bowing or warping. Construction features include an interlocking frame which is glued, stapled and screwed providing strength and stability.
Padding:
Padded outside arms and back for smoother surface and neater appearance
Trim:
Standard welt trim. Contrasting welt optional with slight upcharge.
Contrasting Fabric:
Available for welt, outside back and seat cushion. Any fabric or leather. Contrasting options available with an upcharge.
Seating Construction:
Sinuous wire springs, synthetic webbing, 2.0 lb foam density, 30 lb compression for a comfortable and firm seat with resiliency to last and beveled polyurethane core with fiber wrap.

You may return any other stock item(s) within 15 days after delivery or pickup providing the merchandise is in new condition.
